Yes — we strongly recommend ordering at least one extra roll of each pattern (a “rainy day roll”) with your initial order.
Wall covering is produced in dye lots, and colors can vary slightly between production runs.
Having a matched roll on hand means any future repairs or expansions will be seamless. It’s a small upfront investment that prevents a costly mismatch later.

If your architect’s specs reference discontinued products or outdated designs, we’ll catch it and correct it — ensuring your location is built to the current standard without delays or reorders.

These items require a licensed electrician to connect the power supply.
We’ll specify electrical requirements on your quote so your electrician knows exactly what’s needed before installation day.
Do not attempt to install electrical signage without a licensed professional.

Yes. The PF digital clock requires a recessed electrical outlet behind the mounting location.
This should be installed during your construction phase, before the wall is finished.

Share this with your general contractor early — adding the outlet after the fact is significantly more expensive.

Wallcovering and interior signage orders typically ship within 5–7 business days from quote/proof approval.
Occasionally during peak seasons our lead time is extended, however, your Account Manager will let you know.

For custom projects, we need your artwork files in high resolution: minimum 150 DPI at full size, in CMYK color mode, with all fonts outlined.
Accepted formats include AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, and TIFF.
Your Account Manager can provide our detailed file submission guide with complete specifications.
Low-resolution files (72 DPI, RGB) will delay your project — when in doubt, send us what you have and we’ll tell you if it works.
Please note: temporary and promotional signs do not need corporate approval. However, all permanent signs need to be approved by corporate.

You can place your order through our PF SignShop or contact your account manager. Consolidating orders and shipping to single locations can save on shipping costs.

Accept the package and note the damaged items. The sticker on each sign and wall covering package includes inspection instructions.
Many times you will have signs that survived. Report all damage to your Account Manager within 10 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and product damage.
Northeast Color will replace and cover shipping on all products damaged in transit.

Yes. All products are warrantied for one year from installation date or receipt of product.
The PF digital clock and all electronic products are included. If a product is defective, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge during the warranty period.
Installation services are also warrantied for one year from the date of installation.
For specific warranty questions or claims, contact your Account Manager for assistance.

Certain products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, undamaged, resellable condition. Custom products, including cut letters, are not eligible for return.
Wallcovering returns have separate requirements: only full rolls in original shipping tubes are accepted, and a restocking fee applies.
For all returns, contact your Account Manager — they’ll walk you through the process.

If you don’t see it, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not available.
5 Things to Know Before Your Club Opens
1. Plan your signage timeline early. Interior signage takes approximately 3 weeks. Wallcovering takeoffs can take 4–5 business days. Once approved, production is based on current lead times. Quoting and approval can take 2–3 weeks depending on plans. Start the conversation with your account manager as soon as you have plans — not when construction is halfway done.
2. Your PF digital clock needs a recessed outlet — and it has to be done before the wall is finished. Both the small and large PF digital clocks require a recessed single-gang electrical outlet installed directly behind the mounting location, in accordance with National Electrical Code. This must be completed during rough-in — not after drywall. Share the clock site planning guide with your general contractor and electrician early. You can find it at HERE.
3. Order your "rainy day roll" of wall covering with your first order. Wall covering is manufactured in dye lots. If you need more later, the color match may not be exact. One extra roll now saves a headache (and visible mismatch) down the road.
4. Temperature matters — for wall covering and window graphics. Wall covering requires a minimum of 68°F in both the installation area and material storage for at least 48 hours. Walls must also be below 4% residual moisture. For window graphics, vinyl adhesive won't bond properly below 45°F. If your opening falls in cooler months, coordinate timing with your account manager.
5. Your architect's plans may not be current. PF’s brand standards update regularly. Our team reviews every order against the latest approved designs and will flag anything outdated before production begins. This is one of the advantages of working with a partner who tracks every design change — so you don’t have to.
